bids are invited for 3000010011_1_99909002870 scope: this specification covers the design, manufacture, packing, supply, installation & commissioning of portable dissolved gas analyzer of transformer oil and onsite training to nalco personnel. purpose of this equipment is to detect the incipient fault in oil filled transformer and to arrest deterioration/damage to the transformer insulation by analyzing gases dissolved in the transformer oil and adopt preventive measures. the offered equipment shall be of reputed make, type tested and shall be subjected to acceptance & routine tests in accordance with relevant standards, as applicable. the local coloured graphic screen should guide the operator at every step of operation: handling of extraction, measurement and cleaning process for complete cycle. the complete cycle like: gases extraction, gases measurement, handling of oil sample before& after measurement, reporting of results should be completed within 30 minutes. the portable equipment shall not require any short-term periodic calibration and/ or any consumables for its regular operation. the equipment requiring any calibration or carrier gases for measurement purposes is not acceptable and shall not be quoted. the bidder shall provide following along with the testing kit: -02 copies of operation and maintenance manual in english language including drawings, if any -software compatible with windows 7 or higher os in a cd in english language.-the bidder must have trained engineers dedicated for trouble shooting and technical support, permanently posted in india -complete technical specification as per annexure- a. total quantity : 1
