1 special repair work at shamli malendi dullakhedi road to bhatu in distt shamli in fy 2024-25 - providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53 mm to 22.4 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. i/c all taxes, labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, contractor profit but excluding gst. 2 providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using bitumen (vg-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per technical specification clause 508 i/c providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (vg-10) using bitumen distributor @ 0.35 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 followed by providing and laying seal coat to sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type-c as per technical specification clause 510 i/c all taxs, labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, cost of bitumen, contractor profit but excluding gst. 3 cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 1:1.50:3 in cc pavement (theckness as per design) cement coarse & fine aggregate confirming to is standard mixed in concrete mixture /plant of not less then 0.2 cum capacity & appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed form work (steel) channel) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the form work spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including hassion cloth for curring of concrete pavements for not less then 14 days curring compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines & grade including supply of all material, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of work and also including complete shifting of recron 38 fibre reinforcement material etcl & concrete etc.i/c all taxs, labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, contractor profit but excluding gst. 4 earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in theform of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remmingand dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 m. liftand 30 m. lead. the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 m. distance as directed by the engineerincharge.(royality removed by govt. ) for small works/ abadi area.
