bids are invited for 3000008313 package ac system 3000008313_1_99910241100, 3000008313_2_999102 41100 total quantity : 2 design, engineering, supply, fabrication, erection and commissioning of microprocessor based floor mounted air cooled package air conditioning system 16.5tr capacity each with refrigerent r407c having highly energy efficient scroll compressor each having capacity of 5.5tr for id fan vfd room at calciner-d inside alumina plant ,nalco, damanjodi.the complete set includes supply and erection of (2r +1s) unit 16.5tr capacity each ( total unit 03 nos) along with microprocessor based panel for sequential starting of condensing units, coils, thermostatic expansion valves, fins, all accessories, the associated pipelines, ducts with supporting structures,fire safety dampers etc, testing, painting, commissioning and performance guarantee test along with allied civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work. the battery limit shall be as follows: building: vfd room at transformer bay at us 07e at nalco, damanjodi. power : one no. of mv feeder of 250a/ 400a from substation shall be available to electrical panel of pac . the party shall supply 2 running and one standby(2r+1s) unit for id fan vfd room with capacity of 16.5tr each air cooled package air conditioners along with the following 1.required size of refrigerant piping for liquid line and suction line,2.refrigerant r-407c,3. drain piping, 4.sheet metal ducting, 5.volume control damper manual, 6. diffuser with dampers and without dampers, 7. nitrile rubber insulation ,8. duct acoustic insulation 9. electrical mv panel ,10.power and control cable,11. cable tray, 12. earthing and all other accessories .the party must quote as per enclosed technical specification annexure-01. note: 1. the party must be oem or produce authorization certificate from oem . 2.bidder must quote separately for supply of materials and services (i and c). 3.pdi of the pac shall be done at oems work. 4.training for 03 nalco perssonnel shall be arranged in free of cost at partys work. 5. the party shall submit 06 sets of drawing, documents for the pac of vfd room
