bids are invited for 1- checking & maintenance / configuring of different switches / wireless access points / wireless controllers / security cameras / server / ip phones installed in the institute campus under cwn project. 2- cleaning of all the active networking equipments and racks ( atleast once in a month ) installed in the different locations of the institute for networking & maintaining the log of cleanness. 3- maintaining, configuring the different active components as per the policies required by the institute time to time. 4- checking and maintenance of network cable. ( ethernet & fiber ) 5- resolving issues related to network access of faculty / students / staff of the institute. 6- identifying the lan faults and getting them rectified / resolved. 7- monitoring the wan link and isp connectivity and maintaining the log of work done on daily basis. 8- any other services required for keeping up and smooth running of the computer network services in the institute premises as desired by o / c cwn. 9- keeping record of all the maintenance work done month wise. 10- maintaining the services of ip epbax / ip cameras in the entire premises of the institute including nvrs, security cameras, 3 cx ip based epbax, ip phones etc. 11- all tools viz crimper, lan tester, screw drivers, wrench, hammer, blower, cutter etc. required for the maintenance purpose will be proved by the vendor. 12- the service provider supposes to depute adequate highly skilled technical work force having atleast one year experience of maintaining wired & wireless network minimum of 250 nodes on 24x7 basis. 13- no boarding and lodging facility will be provided to the work force deputed by the vendor at institute for amc work
