bids are invited for custom bid for services - the scope of work is for annual maintenance contract ( amc ) of information technology. hardware, software, network and services for directorate of standardisation ( dos ) at kg marg, sena bhawan and south block. this includes management of operating systems, licenses for three firewalls and approximately 200 anti viruses ( including procurement and installation ) on approximately 200 pcs / servers / laptops ( as applicable ) . the amc will also include repair, maintenance, management and efficient configuration / functioning of the networks including services like e-mail, patch management, data sharing, back-up etc. the contractor shall ensure serviceability of pc / servers / cabling / switches / routers / software at all the three locations. scope of work & details of equipment covered under the amc are as unde total quantity :
