bids are invited for custom bid for services - assisting in nursing for ot ward and opd and medical attendant 3 items 1. assisting in taking over and handing over of shifts. assisting in taking over of ward from previous shift on bed to bed basis. 2. to study the patient chart. assisting in providing immediate attention to the sick patients. 3. assisting in checking the diet and medicines given to the patients. 4. assisting in ward rounds along with the doctors and detail the complaints received from the patients. 5. assisting in carrying out the doctors orders after the ward rounds 6. assisting in sending diet requisition to kitchen. 7. assisting in checking of bp, pulse rates etc., for the ward patients. 8. assisting in instructing the ward assistants / attendants and maintenance persons. to do their daily jobs. 9. assisting in instructing the assistants / attendants to collect sterile items from cssd. 10. assisting in checking of emergency medicine trolley for the availability of all medicines. 11. assisting in writing the medicines required for the patients in the indent book and instruct the assistant ( hospital ) / medical attendant to collect the medicines from medicine store. 12. assisting in changing of iv fluids, giving injections, medicines etc., 13. assisting in intimating about emergency / life saving medicines required to be stocked in the wards to medicine store in-charge person well in advance. 14. assisting in providing bedside medicines to the patients as required. 15. assisting in supervision and preparation of patients for surgery ( to check with the medical attendant about the surgery area ) whether properly shaved / not. if not ensure them to do it properly. 16. assisting in checking availability of cotton, gauze and other surgical materials 17. assisting in checking the diet of the patients ( the diet supplied is according to their need ) . 18. assisting in various clinical procedures, pops, suturing, suture removal, cut removal etc. excision of polyp, corn removal, ear lobe repair etc at wards, opd and minor operation theatre respectively. 19. assisting in record keeping. 20. assisting doctor for doing periodical medical check-up. 21. assisting in checking functioning of medical ward equipments. following up till repairs completed. 22. any other work assigned by hospital management.
