bids are invited for s. i. -e-s, l-f ( q3 ) ese air terminal: supply of ese lightning arrester prevectron 3. controlled early streamer emission air terminal ( ceseat ) , the ceseat shall be tested and certified in a high voltage laboratory to withstand more than 200ka, complaint with nfc 17102:2011, une 21186:2011 & np 4426:2013, optimum lightning protection performance achieved by adopting the psatented optimax* technology in designing the ceseat, the ceseat should be certified to withstand real-time lightning tests, following tests to be performed in compliance with the new test guidelines in annex c of the revised nfc 17 102 version 2011 for ese lightning protection system and due certification required from the ese-manufacturer for: a. marking tests b. mechanical tests c. environmental tests d. electrical tests e. at tests f. emc tests, ceseat must be ce-marked for compliance to nf en 611000-6-2 / nf en 611000-6-3., the ceseat shall be made of stainless steel 316 grade non-corrosive metallic components., the device to be a fully autonomous system requiring no external power supply. testing feature and modular design enabling to repair / replace defective components. the ceseat should be sustainably designed to mitigate its environmental impact. warranty: 5 years ( 60 months ) . 15 nos. elevated mast / mounting structure: elevation pole made of class b gi- material having isi-marking. consists of the following ( for a typical sm mast ) : a. 3mtrx 60mm dia gl pipe b. 2.5mtr x 50mm dia gl pipe c. reducer, m20 thread d. base plate ( 200x200x10mm ) , mounting bracket, clamps and all required fixing accessories supplied in compliance with iec 62561-1-15 nos. performance recording equipment: supply of indelec lightning flash counter. electronically controlled. a. strike detection range: 1 ka to 100 ka. b. minimum current sensitivity ( id / 3 ) : 333 a c. protection class: ip54 d. standards applicable: ute c 17-106: tested in high voltage laboratory ( cpr ) for 8 / 20us 40ka current impulse. compliant to iec 62 561-6-15 nos. down conductor: supply of down conductor made of copper cable. it should have a minimum cross sectional area of 50mm to withstand 250ka lightning current and comply with nfc / iec 62305 standard. cable shall necessarily have 19-strands across the 50sqmm cross-section, with each strand dia of min 1.8mm. 750 mtr. test link: test link allowing down conductor to be disconnected from the earthing point so that the earth resistance may be measured. compliant with iec 62561-1-30 nos. maintenance free earthing electrode: maintenance free single rod, copper bonded earthing system - dia 17.2mm; 3meters supply of copper-bonded earthing electrode of 3mts length and 17.2mm dia with minimum copper bonding of 250micron. the electrode shall be duly tested and certified by cpri ( central power research institute ) , govt of india. brass rod-to-conductor connectors should also be supplied for earth strip connection. to ensure the moisture content and electrical conductivity, z-earth, carbon based carbofill compound shall be used as a backfill compound. minimum 40 kgs of carbon backfill compound shall be used along with each earthing electrode. the chemical backfill compound shall be tested & certifed by any approved & accredited laboratory in india. system shall be in full compliance with is:3043 earthing standards a. copper bonded steel earth rod-dia. 17.2 mm-length 3 mts, 1no / 5kgs b. rod-to-conductor connector-for 17.2mm dia rods ino / 0.12kgs c.z-earth-ground enhancing compound-20 kgs each, 2bags / 40kgs with earth pit chamber - 30 nos. installation bill of quantities: a. ese lightning arrestor mounting as per lightning protection design b. anchoring of the mounting mast on which the ese air terminal is to be mounted c. routing & down conductor laying as per lightning protection standards d. installation of link box f. chemical maintenance-free earthing system installation: boring / auguring / backfill compound preparation & fill-up / curing & compaction of backfill / measurement of earth pit resistance in compliance with 153043 earthing standards g.concrete structure. -15 nos. total quantity : 1
