bids are invited for providing man power for assistance in processing of bills for leased houses shop licenses, cisf personnel and other agencies like door to door garbage collection contract, grass cutting contract etc, . tenders for the registered contractor of ssp for awarding various jobs, swipe card operation and cheque entries for booking of stainless community centre and quarter charges ( rent, elec. charges, water charges, monet charges etc ) replies to various queries from corporate estate management, upkeep of land documents like patta / chitta, a register gos, village maps, survey nos., fmbs, reconciliation of land records, preparation of proposals, preparation of estimates and budget, preparation of work orders for various proposals, monitoring of the infrastructural activities undertaken at the peripheral villages, processing of bills, organizing various inaugural functions in the peripheral villages, preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, and forwarding of reports as and when required, upkeep of documents, records, files handling, etc and various other jobs assigned by oa / eo of the contract. the above jobs shall be carried out in general shift on all days excluding sundays and holidays at town administration & csr department.
