bids are invited for custom bid for services - the contract will be initially for two year w.e.f. 04.08.2023. if the performance of the party is found satisfactory during the period, the contract can be extended for another one year, subject to mutual consent of the party as well as bpcl. on the other hand bharat petroleum corporation limited reserves the right to terminate contract any time without giving any notice, in case, services rendered by the contract are not found satisfactory. 2. the party should provide the diesel driven vehicles not older than two year from the date of contract (i.e. 2021 if tender starts in 2023) with following specifications: a) three new generation a/c vehicles having seating capacity of minimum 4+ driver which should be only one of following vehicles- swift dezire tours/ toyota etios/ higher model. (to be referred as vehicle no i, ii and iii) also vehicles should have all safety features (e.g. air bag at front and back seat, speed indicator etc.) over b) rates should be quoted for minimum 3240 km per month.
