bids are invited for maintenance of mechanical equipments in non radiation area at rrs unit-5 & 6. shifting of required spare components from central store of rr site to designated maintenance area, shifting of waste / scrap generated during execution of work to the designated area and proper housekeeping during and after maintenance as per requirement. removal and installation back of mechanical auxiliary equipment, attached to the main equipment, required for maintenance activity as per requirement. the contractor shall work in coordination with other agencies at work. time is the essence of the contract. the work has to be done on round the clock basis and also on all holidays. all standard tools, tackles recommended list is attached at annexure-iv-a and safety belts ( two hook type ) are to be arranged by contractor. jobs mentioned in tender will be executed during unit-6 bsd scheduled from september-2023 in approximately 32 days, so contractor shall deploy sufficient number of manpower to complete the work in scheduled bsd period. following items as mentioned in table-1 will be executed after bsd of unit-6. overhauling of ccw / plant water pump ( vertically installed ) having motor rating above 900 kw and up to 1200 kw. overhauling of electrical motor rating more than 30 kw and up to 100 kw overhauling of electrical motor rating more than 100 kwe and upto 600 kwe overhauling of electrical motor rating from 850 kwe and upto 1200 kwe ( ccw / plant water pump motor ) overhauling of rotating assembly of condensate extraction pump ( cep ) total quantity :
