bids are invited for ht yard electrical works - 1 dismantling and shifting of existing ht equipment providing expertise manpower to dismantle the existing ht yard equipment comprising of 4 pole structure with cross arm supports and ht switch gears transformer stayset civil work foundations ht yard fencing mild steel gates metal chips etc. and shifting same to a designated area within the site premise for safe keeping as per instructions of engineer in charge. job includes clearance of all debris from the area and leveling the ht yard to match surrounding ffl note vendor shall engage mechanized equipment for above job and ensure the entire job is carried out safely without causing any damages to the switch gears during dismantling and shifting operations. 2 supply laying connection testing and commissioning of pvc xlpe insulated armoured aluminum cables of ayxfy 3.5c x 25 mm2 including supports clamps termination of cables with lugs and glands etc. bare earth wire to be binded with cables and taken to the same saddles clamps of cable fixing all complete from main power supply to various panels. the item of single compression double compression glands along with its termination shall be included in this item for both sides of cable. 3 installation of electrical accessories including cable tags cable marker nickle plated lugs double compressed brass cable glands brass adaptor reducers nipples fixing of metallic anchor fasteners for supporting of cable trays and misc. electrical switch gear including all labour and materials complete as required and as per directions of engineer in charge. 4 revamping of earth pit the job includes identifying the old worn out earth pits carrying out reconstruction of civil work and allied jobs so as to make the earth pit as per is 3043 bringing the resistance below 2 ohms by adding salt and charcoal. fixing funnels if damaged. painting the plastered external and internal surface of chamber and testing the earth pit marking the resistance value on the existing earthing display board of 1 x 1 feet etc complete. 5 statutory approval electrical system cea scope of work includes but limited to preparation of all drawings sld earthing layout etc documents liasoning with the state and central govt. electricity bodies authorities cea mppkvvcl electrical inspectorate making complete arrangements of visit of govt. officials from central & state electricity bodies without any extra cost to hpcl compliance of all the points issued during visit within a week and obtaining all required statutory approvals for charging of new modified facilities obtaining cea approvals for new lt panels. the job shall also include obtaining any other approval associated with this job not mentioned above but required for successful commissioning of the entire job. note all statutory fees shall be paid by hpcl. however liasoning shall be made by the party with the electrical authorities. total quantity : 105
