bids are invited for custom bid for services -upkeep and maintenance related works at iocl, baroda afs 1 daily cleaning of office building , all toilets , staff room, switch room , tank farm area, manifold, pump house , tlf , decantation platforms , all sheds, parking area, all yard areas . cleaning of driveways on daily basis and related jobs. daily 2 cleaning and arranging scrap yard area along with all materials. weekly 3 carrying out outdoor jobs like collecting / despatching parcels from airport / post offices, submitting documents to statutory bodies like factories inspector, peso, submission of water samples to public health lab, handing over samples to courier, sampling of ms from iaf, handing documents to iaf squadrons, dispatch of bills to finance at gri. daily 4 filling of overhead water tanks. watering and gardening of plants, lawn etc. washing of utensils and crockery. any other jobs assigned from time to time. daily 5 cleaning around afs entry and exit gates, daily operating, greesing and maintenace of gates daily 6 dusting of computers / furniture / all electronic accessories, keeping / cleaning of towels, disposal of trash from dustbins, oil soak clothes etc., moping of the floor in administrative building on daily basis. daily 7 clearing of cob webs / dusting the ceiling of admin building / staff room / switch room / store room / laboratory on weekly basis. weekly 8 cleaning / dusting of lab and stores daily regularly. arranging items in orderly manner. dusting of all items stored in lab / stores. 9 serving tea / coffee / snacks as and when required to visitors / others. d
