tender for providing aluminium composite panel & structural glazing at entrance of control building, kgs-1&2.; 1 providing, fabricating and fixing of stick type aluminium structural glazing using powder coated sections of 63.5mm x 58mm x 1.2mm thickness single lip as vertical and horizontal of size 38.1mm x 63.5mm x 1.2mm thickness as outer frame for frame work as per drawing with 4mm thick one way reflective toughened glass of approved colour & make, fixing with pressure tape & joints filled withsilicon sealant. providing, fixing& removing necessary staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standared technical specification,and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights. 2 providing & fixing top hung windows for providing aluminium sub frame with ss friction hinges heavy duty handles stays etc, complete as per drawing and as per standard technical specification,and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights. 3 providing & installation at all floors, height, levels & locations of aluminium composite panel (acp) cladding over aluminium tube frame structure including fixing of sheets and filling of joints with structural silicon to acquire a smooth ripple free finish without any undulations. the composite panel sheet shall be a double layer aluminium panel consisting of a anti-toxic polythene layer core compressed between the aluminium layers. one side of the panel shall be a fluorocarbon paint finish in silver colour (as approved) with resistance to fading on exposure in exterior conditions & with a protective film on top to be removed after total completion of cladding. the sheet shall be 3mm thick of total flatness with no distortion or deflection. the sheets shall be corrosion resistant and not be affected by varying temperature variations and should resist thermal expansion. the sheets shall be fixed over aluminium framing system of tubing of size 1 x 1.5 evenly spaced at maximum 2c/c to provide complete support to the sheets. the sheets shall be fixed to the framing system with double sided tape and duly anchored with maximum no. of screws all groves and finished edges. 4 providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia m.s. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with m.s. tubes, m.s. tube challies, m.s. clamps and m.s. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. the scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of engineer-in-charge. the elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. note: the payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding 5 providing, fabricating and errecting mild steel structures using various ms sections such as channels, angles, i sections, rails, ms pipes, flats, plates, gi gratings, gi pipes, ms & reinforcementrods and other approved sections etc. & transporting to the work place, including loading, unloading, cutting, fabricating the ms gates, ms grills, ladders, hand rails, angle frames, panels, struts, tubular space frames, columns, beams, purlins, rafters, fencing posts, ep plates, ep flats & all other required miscellaneous structural steel works and fixing/ erecting the same in position as directed. including providing & applying one coat of zinc phosphate primer & two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved shade / colour [primer & paint shall of asian paints / berger paints ], providing & fixing wherever required suitable anchor fasteners, of approved quality, preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the construction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per technicalspecification, as per manufacturers technical specification, fabrication as per drawing (if any) and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.
