bids are invited for custom bid for services - providing, operating and maintaining in good condition, two wheel drive, commercially registered diesel utility vehicles ( uv ) ( mahindra bolero / tata sumo grande or equivalent of model not earlier than april 2020 ) , with closed doors cushioned seats covered with neat white cloth covers , hand holds, floor mats, car mobile charger ( multi pin ) , car gps navigator, first aid box, nylon towing rope ( tested at minimum 3000kg ) , min. 10m long with locking hooks or electronic winch ( at least 2000 kg capacity ) , 2 nos. of handheld search light ( min. 200 meter range, rechargeable through 12 v car charging port ) , stereo, fan & other required fittings for comfortable travelling inclusive of all taxes, cost of fuel, wages, taxi permits, driver, state entry tax for uttar pradesh and rajasthan , cost of white uniform, cost of communication maintenance of vehicle etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge / site engineer of the corporation and as per daily schedule ( to be provided ) . the jeeps must have valid taxi permit and commercial registration in the state of uttar pradesh and rajasthan. the jeeps must have roof mounted overhead light ( having at least 4 lights of minimum 55w each, giving a total of 55wx4=220w ) , set of 02 good quality colored lamps of at least 55w each, giving a total of 55wx2-=110 w. these lights will be provided and maintained by the contractor at his own cost.
