bids are invited for custom bid for services - assisting jobs crmo group 4 and cgm • preparation of indents for crm-o consumables, contracts / clcs for repairs & maintenance, plant operation & housekeeping. all activities pertaining to collection of consumables from stores on daily basis. • coordinating with respective area in charges for consumables on a daily basis. • allotment of vehicles for consumables shifting from stores to crm units & removal of waste chemicals. • coordinating with other agencies for periodical crane inspection at crm & follow up of compliance report. • coordinating for salvaging of used ilp & disposal of waste ilp. • coordinating for shifting of hrap coil / sheet packets packing area from cbl / cprl. • preparation of monthly reports & other mis reports. • preparation of iso & ims documents. • checking contracts bills & forwarding the memos to finance dept. • preparation of daily process related reports like flash, dqr, and balance sch. etc. ⚫ searching the wip coils available in shop floor and feeding the location of the coils on daily basis.
