bids are invited for parvahan and pallydari parivahan agriculture department district - general instructions and conditions for transportation and pulling work by selecting contractors through gem portal in the year 2023-24 in gonda instructions and conditions not mentioned in the terms and conditions attached with the jam tender form will be applicable to the tenderer / transport kedar and will be considered as part of the tender form. therefore, it is mandatory for the tenderer to follow the instructions and conditions mentioned below. tenderer please read these instructions and conditions carefully before filling the tender form and make sure to follow them- 1. bank draft of rs.71000.00 (seventy one thousand) payable in favor of district agriculture officer, gonda as earnest money (earnest money) to the tenderer participating in the tender, along with uploading online, the original technical it will be mandatory to make available in the office of district agriculture officer, gonda before opening of tender. 2. rates including all taxes should be given only for the slab mentioned in each column, the rates given in other slabs will not be valid. 3. the tenderer should own at least 03 vehicles (trucks) by the individual (in the name of self, father, brother, wife), partnership firm (jointly in the name of all the partners) or company for the entire district. in confirmation of the said vehicle, the attested photocopy of the trucks registration, fitness, road permit, road tax deposit receipt should be attached with the tender form. they will be rejected without consideration. 4. if proprietorship firm or partnership firm is the tenderer, then attested photocopy of registration certificate and partnership deed of the firm should be attached by them. 5. the tenderer has to pay rs.100/- for the correctness of the records and information uploaded with the tender. an affidavit will have to be given on non-judicial stamp paper to the effect that the information and records uploaded true. it will be mandatory to make the affidavit available in the office of the district agriculture officer, gonda, before the opening of the technical tender. 6. if the tenderers firm has been convicted in any criminal case, his tender will not be accepted. 7. the tenderer should also mention in his affidavit that his firm is not blacklisted and not convicted in criminal case. increase in the prices of diesel / petrol in future by the government, increase in road tax, increase in the prices of vehicles
