bids are invited for snatch block for 5 ton capacity eot crane having 4 falls, pulley dia 350 + / - 50 mm ( mounted on bearing ) , pulley cover closing 3 / 4 and the material of trapezoidal section medium shank hook will be forged steel as per is 3815 or is 15560. the hook must be supported on thrust bearing. the material of hook as per is 1875 cl 2, proof load 10 ton. the wire rope used for this assembly will be of 14 mm dia. they pulley must be of cast steel confirming to is 3177:1999. the hook must have safety latch and opening of hook should be minimum 65mm, with load testing certificate and warranty certificate.
