bids are invited for operation and maintenance of other machines and plants - complete system a ) all bolts, nuts, gaskets, m.s. plates, pipes, fittings, sub-assemblies, all required spares of equipments / vehicles, electric power at site, diesel for cleaning equipment, sub-assemblies, lubricants required for overhauling / commissioning of equipments / vehicles will be supplied free of cost. b ) oxygen and d.a. cylinders may be provided from cetral store on chargable basis . however if the company is unable to provide oxygen and d.a then the party has to arrange for these on there own. c ) all tools, tackles, lifting arrangements, material handling arrangements hand trolley, testing equipments, scaffolding materials, any other specialized tools, safety appliances etc shall be arranged by the party at their own cost. d ) for handling heavy equipment, spares etc mobile crane facility may be provided subject to availability free of cost
