( min ) 4. pump set should have ss 304 impeller, fasteners & ss 410 shaft; 75 mm delivery outlet for hose connection. material of construction: motor body: ci pump housing: ci shaft: ss impeller: ss 304 5. pump set must be supplied with 20mtr. pvc insulated double sheated flexible round copper conductor cable. 6. pump set must be supplied with one no. control pannel with inbuilt mcb, elcb, contactor, dry run protection through water level guard, over loadrelay, ammeter, volt meter with selector switch. indicating lamps for pump on and pump trip. all item must be in a powder coated sheet metal box with ip 55 or better enclosure type. 7. pump set must be provided with two level limit / float switches, one for low level and another for high level for stop & start of the pump respectively. 8. pump set must be supplied with ss strainer. 9. pump should be provided with suitable lifting arrangements. heavy duty flexible discharge hose, 25 m length approx, suitable for muddy water with both end flanged and necessary fittings to be supplied
