bids are invited for providing services for maintenance and operation of chiller water type ac plants at ins dronacharya under ge fort kochi - providing services of one iti/ itc qualified tradesman (ref mech) (skilled category) for maintenance and operation of package type ac plant at following areas at ins dronacharya, from 0600 hours to 2200 hours in two shifts of 8 hours each,(total 02 x ref mech per day) i.e, 0600 hrs to 1400hrs, 1400hrs to 2200hrs (timing will be changed as per user requirements) andincluding sunday, holidays and national holidays during summer/winter/monsoon including checking /maintenance of installation, proper maintenance of log sheets, attendance, upkeep of the installation and other stationery, necessary routine check ups in ac plant all as specified and as directed: ntr plant : i)capacity 2x11 tr chiller plantii) package type ac plant 2x7.5 tr operational and 1x7.5 tr stand byiii) vertical inline pump set 1.5 hp – 02 nos iv)pump set 1.5 hp – 06 nos v) cooling tower -02 nos, air handling duct raws plant: i) package type chiller plantcapacity 2x20tr ii)pump set 3 hp – 02 nosiii) cooling tower -01 nos.
