bids are invited for custom bid for services - -office: district training officer, district rural development institute, letter no. 200/mess tender/2023-2 qadirpur-barabanki. date: september 18, essential terms and conditions of custom tender on gem portal through gem portal, for the supply of food and refreshment arrangements for the participants and master trainers participating in the various training programs to be organized at the institute in the year 2023-24 and 2024-25 (04 october, 2023-30 september 2024). following are the terms and conditions of service of custom tender:- 1. custom tender through gem portal will be valid for the years 2023-24 and 2024-25 (04 october 2023-30 september, 2024). 2. gem portal tender the tender notice will have two parts, first technical bid or essential conditions and second financial bid or details of rates. financial bids of only those bidders who fulfill the conditions of custom technical tender will be opened through gem portal. 3- while proposing the supply of various menus as per the rates of custom tender through gem portal, the total of supply of each menu should be given in written figures including all the taxes and no cutting/cutting should be done in it. overwriting/erasing should not be used. 4- in the financial bid of custom tender through gem portal, the menu will be given according to each serial number - 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09 and 10. for successful tender disposal, a comparative chart will be prepared by the bidder on the basis of each menu of the financial bid. the decision taken by the committee regarding the successful tender will be final and universally accepted. 5- the bidder should have good financial capacity and creditworthiness and should never be bankrupt.
