tender for providing rcc cover slab at kuberapuri north street in ward no.10. ; 1 supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like rcc slabs, lintels, sunshades, square columns, staircase waists, beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and bg 10 stiffened with m.s angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (c.w) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification. 2 supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcement using mild steel or ribbed tor steel bars for reinforcement to all rcc works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. 3 reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 [one cement, one and half m-sand and three course aggregates] using 20mm size hard broken/machine crushed granite stone jelly for all rcc items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement, including curing, fixing fan clamp and fixtures if necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification. 4 plain cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four m-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size hard broken/machine crushed granite stone jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification. 5 plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix (one cement four p-sand), 20mm thick in all floors using clean screened m-sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of thework and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.
