bids are invited for supply and apply of retractable cover-title1 design, manufacturing, testing & supply of portable covers with all fittings including wheels, holding down devices, stoppers, inter-locking devices, ladders, lights etc as per sotr title2 design, manufacturing, testing & supply of 4 sets of railings with base plating & all fittings as per sotr title3 design, manufacturing, testing & supply of spreader beams ( i / o ) with all fittings, chains, ropes, shackles etc ( 1set as per design ) as per sotr title4 all accessories including chains, special ropes ( to winch ) , shackles etc. ( for retraction / deployment of covers with onboard winches ) ( 1set as per design ) as per sotr title5 installation / fitment of railing, deck fittings & connection of special ropes to winches as per sotr title6 installation / erection of portable covers and accessories as per sotr title7 onboard spares ( with break up ) as per clause 2.17 of chapter 2 of sotr ( list to be enclosed ) title8 spares for installation and commissioning title9 special tools & test equipment if required for installation and commissioning as per sotr title10 service engineer charges towards as per sotr ( i ) stws & commissioning ( ii ) hat title11 training as per clause 2.19 of chapter 2 of sotr title12 classification society charges as per sotr approvals, inspection, fats, hats & certification title13 documentation charges as per sotr title14 extended warranty for a period of one year post expiry of contractual warranty pl refer clause 1.5 ( b ) of chapter 1 of sotr.
