bids are invited for custom bid for services - ---- total quantity :-provide 02 nos. of cook, 02 nos. of helper, 03 nos. of housekeeping staff, 01 no. of gardener and 01 no. supervisor cum caretaker for a period of 600 working days. b ) housekeeping works of the premises of training institute along with suite, hostel, classroom, bathroom, kitchen area etc. or any other area of the institute as advised by railway administration on daily basis. c ) preparation and serving of meal ( breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner ) to all the residents and trainees on daily basis. the material and utensils along with lpg shall be provided to the contractor. cleaning of utensils with cleaning agent such as bar shall be done by the contractor. d ) deployment of supervisor cum caretaker at training school. he will be responsible for the maintenance, operation and smooth functioning of the training institute. e ) the contractor will also be required to give a green & cleaner look to the institute by maintaining lawn, garden, flowers, trimming of trees, cutting of weeds, etc.
