bids are invited for carrying out load testing flp eotcrane installement - carrying out load testing and caliberation of flame proof type eot cranes of capacity upto 3 ton indoor07 nos outdoor06 nos at af stn bkt including satisfactory operation of electrical controls motors gear boxes protective devices electro mechnaical interlocking system wire rope sectional weld joints brake thrusters limit switches buffers hook girder rails pulleys pinion wheels push button station and miscellaneous items etc. including forward and back ward motions of long travel cross travel amp hoist up amp down in high speed and creep speed during full load and testing of crane as direcetd through any traind qualified mechanic in respective field duly certified including all consumables complete all as specified 13 jobs note a necessary dead weight loads hydraulic mobile crane at site to carry out the load test shall be arranged by contractor and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. b load test is done by traind qualified mechanic in presence of user contractor and mes rep. c test reports will be signed by user contractor and mes rep , title 2 - sandf in replacement hydraulic brake suitable for flp eot upto 3 ton capacity as per existing size and make on db 2 complete all as specified and directed 01 nos , title 3 - as per boq specification 1 , title 4 - as per boq specification 2 , title 5 - as per boq specification 3 total quantity : 5
