bids are invited for repair replacement of water gi pipe lines pump and connected work - (a) takingdown motor of pump from centrifugal pump set 415 volt, 3 phase, any capacity installed at pump house by removing all foundation nut-bolts, coupling nut-bolts and shifted to wksp, nos-05 (b) dismantling and refixing the elect motor 25 hp (sm no -164470 motor-t12965e, pump-06315e) ac 3phase 415 volts 50- hz by separating starter and rotar and cleaning with super quality celanging agent and taking out old u/s bearing , re-asembling the motorrefitting with pump set with necessary coupling joint at existing position incl elect connection. note: (i)repairing of foundation, welding of base plate, metalling of shaft, spare parts for pump, repairing / overhauling of pump and motor, nos -02 . (c) all as per item no (b) but 75 hp (sm no -164468 motor-t12963e, pump-06313e), nos -01 (d) all as per item no (c) but 30 hp (sm no -164462 motor-t12957e, pump-06307e) nos -02 (e)m&l for taking out old unsv check valve screwed end is-778- incl taking out old us check valve after lifting of suction pipe from ug sumps and again lowering the same of dia 100 mm. make :zoloto art no-1010a orlakshmi/leader, nos-02 (f) s& l gi tubemedium grade 100 mm dia with all fitting, rm-40 (g) leakage detection with excavating gi water mains upto 80mm bore and necessary repairs incl cutting, threading for addition/alteration and insertion incl necessary fittings. each-07 (h) s&f cast iron sluice valve (class pn 1:6) 150mm bore isi market with ss spindle both ends flange iron wheel with necessary size of gaskets nuts, both washer . nos-02 (j) all as per item no - (h)here in before but for 100mm bore (k) s&f cast iron non return valve 100mm double flanged (class-b) high pressure conforming to is-5312 150mm bore comp.ete with nuts, bolts & washer gaskets etc incl taking down the unsv one , make : kirloskar/leader/venus nos-02 total quantity : 1
