bids are invited for comprehensive maintenance including maintenance -item no 1 fgm / electrician ( skilled ) per person as per existing rates. item no 2 employees provident fund as per existing rates item no 3 employees state insurance as per existing rates item no 4 over head & profit on total of srl no 1 to 3 item no 5 labour welfare cess ( lwc ) on total of srl no 1 to 4 item no 6 gst as per existing rates on total of srl no 1 to 3 item no 6 excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m in width and 1.5 m in depth for foundation laing cable pipes etc or fallshafts well cesspits manholes pier holes ect not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and gettig out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed item no 7 removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. item no 8 returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm item no 9 taking out unserviceable ci or gi water 150 mm main from trenches including fittings , fixtures like bend, tee, union, elbow etc with socketted ends and lead joints including burning out joints and all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. note-excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. item no 10 all as per item no 9 above but 100mm bore item no 11 all as per item no 9 above but 80mm bore item no 12 all as per item no 9 above but 50mm bore item no 13 all as per item no 9 above but 40mm bore item no 14 all as per item no 9 above but 25mm bore item no 15 all as per item no 9 above but 20mm bore item no 16 all as per item no 9 above but 15mm bore item no 17 supply and laying cast iron pipes, 150mm centrifugally cast, class la, confirming to is-1536 of 2001 in any length laid in trenches or on supports with necessary lead joints including making alteration in existing or new pipe line for insertion of new pipe if necessary of size as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. note-rates for lead joints involved in the work are inclusive in the item only.
