bids are invited for section-4 assembly (52), 1. components manufacturing and dimensional inspection shall be done as per the drawings provided. 2. the drawings or technical specifications shall be shared upon submission of duly signed nda. 3. staggered delivery period: 1) lot-1: 5 sets of assemblies within 90 days from date of po placement. ii) lot-ii: 10 sets of assemblies shall be supplied with-in 60 days from the date of dearance given by indenting department for manufacturing. 4. raw materials of all components shall be vendor scope only. 5. raw material (mechanical & chemical) test reports and surface treatment test reports duly tested from any iso/nabl certified labs only 6. material test report (mechanical & chemical properties) and dimensional inspection reports are to be submitted by the vendor along with delivery of each lot. 7. vendor has to support for design modifications in between lot i & ii while manufacturing without any financial implications. 8. if any damage or rejection of component, bdl will not bear any cost. 9. inspection authority: components/assemblies will be accepted after bdl qc 10. any clarification is required during the manufacturing or assembly, bdl will support. 11. refer latest revision assembly drawing to make the assembly. 12. hardware (fasteners, washers, nuts etc.) to make the assemblies is vendor scope only. 13. vendor should deliver the items in assembly condition only to bdl-kbu premises. 14. option dause. the purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 50 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. the purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity by up to 50% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. bidders are bound to accept the orders accordingly. 15. packaging: standard manufacturing packaging. the above specifications are inline to pr remarks and are published as a part of custom catalogue on gem platform. total quantity : 15
