bids are invited for custom bid for services - 1 mobilisation and de-mobilisation charges: mobilization & demobilization charges per visit for mobilizing 1 team and all equipment/consumables etc. for profile radiography works at hpcl visakh refinery. radiography shall be done under the supervision of rso (radiography safety officer). the vendor shall mobilize within 5 days of email notice for mobilization. agency to quote a single lumpsum rate including gst (for 20 each) for carrying out job as per the scope outlined. payment will be made on each basis. 2 fixed charges per team per shift basis: per shift charges payable for a team including equipment, tools etc.for profile radiography works for a shift of 8.5 hours (includes 30 minutes of lunch break) on any day including sunday/ holiday during day or night. vendor to take minimum 10 nos. of radiography shots in a shift. if the vendor fails to complete the offered minimum 10 shots in a shift due to reasons attributable to the vendor, shift charge shall not be payable to vendor for that shift. intervening sundays and holidays are not to be considered and no payment shall be made for such days, unless job front is provided by hpcl. minimum 2 nos. of shifts are guaranteed per mobilization. agency to quote a single lumpsum rate including gst (for 120 each) for carrying out job as per the scope outlined. payment will be made on each basis total quantity :
