bids are invited for custom bid for services lan repair job incl provisioning of lan switch at server room (a) (a) laying of approx. 250 mtrs cat-6 utp lan cable from bmu, (it centre net console) (2nd floor building) to three different places viz admin office, o/c room & dy oi/c room of icgsma (3rd floor building) with casing & capping arrangement for internet lan and proving the system with crimping at both ends. (b) laying of approx. 100 mtrs cable from l-3 switch from bmu, it centre (2nd floor building) to server room of icgsma (3rd floor building) with 8/16 port lan switch. switch to be secured intact with suitable arrangement with dedicated power supply with talley marking. also, approx. 260 mtrs cable from there to the defective lan i/o ports/pcs and printers through 24 port d link n/w switch at deo room for intranet lan and proving all the system in lan with crimping at each ends. (c) provisioning of 01 no. 8 port lan switch with securing arrangement as mentioned above at server room for setup and further distribution to other switch/ servers / systems for intranet lan. (d) all uprooted i/o boxes incl face plates are to be renewed with new and secured with casing & capping. all loose lan cables are to secured with casing & capping with crimping at each ends. (e) all 12 lan pcs to share each other and proving the systems in lan under chakra domain. also, all lan pcs to print from the n/w printers throughout icgsma. all patch cards of pcs/n/w printers to be renewed. (1) one 8 port lan switch uprooted to be suitably/permanently secured at so (tech) room awith cables with talley marking as per policy. (g) suitable talley marking of existing nodes to be incorporated at all lan switches and at i/o box ends. (h) color coding of i/o boxes of internet lan & intranet lan to be devised as per existing it policy.(1) one i/o box lan port to be setup for photocopier & one each i/o boxes with lan ports at each cabin / rooms to be installed at suitable location to facilitate placing / installation of mfd, & 02 n/w printers which is under procurement. (1) line diagram/ drawing for complete lan setup to be prepared post completion of lan cabling with network devices for easy identification and for records/ di/dr. complete scope of job includes inway jobs/ carpentry jobs/ electrical job/ testing, crimping of data nodes, pvc pipe casing and proving of complete lan system incl servers. total quantity :
