bids are invited for vendor scope: (a) operations :- all the operations as per supplied drawing/technology/standard documents will be in vendor’s scope except hal scope operations. (b) tooling :- all tooling, jigs, fixtures, cutting tools, standard gauges and measuring instruments which are required for development and manufacture of the part will be manufactured/procured/arranged by vendor. (c) cmm inspection :- wherever the manual checking of dimension is not possible, cmm checking will be in vendor’s scope such as contours, hole pitch, etc.. hal scope: (a) raw materials :- all raw materials required for fabrications of aircraft components will be supplied by hal. (b) drawing/technology: all drawing/technology/standard documents is in hal scope. (c) process operations ( hal 011/012shop) such as surface treatment,heat treatment(hydrogenation, annealing,stress relieve etc),anodising,cad plating,oxy-parkerizing, hard chrome, painting, etc will be in hal scope. (d) bending & dressing operations will be in hal scope. (e) inspection : important inspection stages including pdi, ultrasonic inspection, testings, ndt, crack detection (magnaflux /capillary) will be in hal scope. (f) superfinishing operation (other than grinding operation) wherever called will be in hal scope (g) final inspection and acceptance of the parts will be by hal as per the inspection schedule followed by hal. tender is on package basis. vendor to quote for operations mentioned under vendor scope for all the parts total quantity : 1
