tender for repair of h, b nandadevi for the year 2023-24; 1 entire shipside shell plate from lwl to main deck, main deck, engine room, galley, hatches, engine room, manholes & engine room, bathroom , bollards, kitchen, store, mess room, etc & other fitments & space are to be properly cleaned and painted by three coats of marine quality paint as per direction of eic. 2 wooden work in kitchen , crew cabin, officer cabin, galley and store room- window frame, walls and roof, kitchen cupboard and wash basin, wooden doors i.e bathroom & officer cabin was reported damaged. same to be renewed with good quality salwood with sunmica alongwith its frame of salwood & mortise lock as required as per direction of eic. 3 labourcharges 4 cost of spare / material actual + 10% basis 5 supply and fixing up of window / glazing / door curtain inrequired sizes in the crew / officer cabin / mess as required as per direction of eic. 6 truck tyre, bull dog clamp and wire rope are to be supplied and fitted including labour and material as required as per direction of eic. 7 b-check ofboth side generator engine engine make -kirloskar, model-3r-1040 , capacity: 82 hp, speed :1500 rpm 25 kva , is to be done including renewal of spares as per oem maintenance manual based on running hours. the unit to be shown operational including safety cut outs and remote operation as required ( and applicable ) as per direction of eic. 8 labour charges 9 cost of spares ( actual + 10% ) 10 entire electrical / electronics, ac / dc line, panel ofengine room, wheel house, accomodation ( lights, fans etc ) , engine room ( including emergency lights ) , general alarm bell, d.c. horn, air horn, battery charger, switch boards, sensor, lighting, navigational lights, search light, halogen light, fire alarm, hooter, siren, bed light, table light, light cover, exhaust fan & other fittings etc. are to be checked and rectified the defects as required, with renewal of required materials. line & wiring to be checked and serviced / repairedas required as per direction of eic. 11 labour charges 12 cost of spares ( actual + 10% ) 13 entire toilet fittings , valves, door & locker locks, basin, shower, taps, commode cover, flushing tank pipe, tank main hole nut & bolt, washer etc to be checked, repaired / renewedas per direction of eic. 14 labour charges 15 cost of spares ( actual + 10% ) 16 provision of spare for completing the repair work for boq sl. no. 01 to 7
