marine loading arms for our for mechanical and associated facilities works for cold insulated pipe line project from jnpt to bpcl-uran terminal at raigad maharashtra, india design, detail engineering, manufacturing, testing, inspection, painting, supply, delivery and supervision of assembly/ erection /installation , commissioning, performance testing and training of marine loading arms , drumfiller , design, detailed engineering, manufacturing, inspection, testing, surface preparation & application of primer & finish paint, supply, delivery and supervision ofassembly, erection /installation, trial runs, pre-commissioning ,commissioning, performance testing, training at site & acceptance ofthe ‘marine loading arms’ along with all accessories / components including commissioning spares , mandatory spares as specified in scope of work and supply (doc. no. b448-020-80-42-sow-9510,rev.j),job specification (doc. no.b448-020-80-42-sp 9510b), standards and specification, p&id etc. enclosed in annexure-c of nit :- , total package price ; supply and supervision ofassembly, erection / installation, trial runs, pre-commissioning ,commissioning and performance test run and training of ‘marine loading arms at bandr’s project site as per scope of nit, approved drawings, standard and instruction of bandr’s engineer-in-charge : note:- [any one of the ( 5 ) five currency sheet, brought forward, from spread sheet named (i.einr for indian manufactureror inr for authorised agent of foreign-vendor or direct foreign vendor / usd / euro / gbp ) and supervision in inr mandatory for all. , note: (i) biddershallsubmittheirpriceon-line ingiven‘boq’ ( in excelspread sheet)format only. (ii) blank field(s) of uploaded ‘boq sheet will construe that the same is/are either not applicable orincluded in quoted basic price(s). (iii)quoting of priceany where intechno-commercial part ( part-i) may lead to rejection of offer. (iv) bidder shall quoteimport duties, taxes, levies etc. against the materials as applicable in india including clearing &forwarding, freight & transit insurance charges etc. for safe door-delivery at b&r’s project site.. (v) in case foreign bidder opts fordeliveryatmumbai port, india price loading against custom duty, taxes & clearing –forwarding, transportationcharges etc. shall be done forevaluation, as per sole discretion of bandr. . (vi)for foreign bidder incoterm of latest revision shall be referred / followed for execution of the contract as an whereapplicable. (vii)selling rate of usd/euro/pound as given in soqr/boq of nit shall be considered for evaluation.
