tender for cleaning, painting and white wash for various equipments in process section during off season 2024.- 1 inside, outside cleaning,painting of clarification house units such as juice & water weighing scale, juice sulphitor, surup sulphitor, sulphur furnace, air compressors, door clarifier, rotory vacuum filters, milk of lime station, railing, unsulphured, sulphured& other pipe lines, emptying/ bricks filling in scrubbers, dsm and bagacillo screens white washing of lagging bodies. 2 inside , outside cleaning painting / oiling and white washing of all pansvapour pipes, valves, condensers, syrup, molasses and other pipe lines, all crystallizers including vacuum crystallizers, seed crystallizers, cold, hot and condensate water tanks, railings and all related jobs. 3 inside, outside cleaning paintingof all auto& continuous centrifugal machines, baskets,gutters ,molasses receiving tanks, transient heaters, pugmills, magma mixers,sugarmelter,brown sugar melter,,sgar hoppers, hot and cold blowers,grader, cfgs air compressors,sugar and seed elevators, sugar bins stackers, molasses weighing tanks,all pipe lines of cfghouse,injection house , suction & delivery lines header railing etc. 4 upper an lower tube plate cleaning of all evaporator bodies and juice heaters & ffe . cleaning of inside shell, save all ,entrainment catchers, syrup distribution coils,insidevapour lines of bodies ,vapour pipes upto condensers, 02 nos quad condensers with their nozzles & pockets. double coat primer painting is to be done inside the right angle valves of each body . inside oiling of body shells cleaning of cut over pipe lines , valves, both unsulphured syrup bottles etc.complete inside and outside cleaning, painting ,oiling, white washing of evaporator and juice heater station.cleaning and painting of condensate pit, railing etc and cleaning of platform,ground floor below evaporator station . tube cleaning of ffe through flexible shaftafter open top cover of ffe. 5 cleaning of mechanical effluent treatment plant, its channels, grease traps, equalissing tanks, primary clarifier, secondary clarfier, aeration tanks, lime tanks, sludge beds, sumps, liquidation of water from all tanks painting and white washing after cleaning. 6 mill has two nos. molasses storage tanks of capacity 45000 qtls each cleaning of molasses storage tanks is done by the contractor on labour rate basis. the work involves liquidation of remaining molasses of tanks and filling into molasses tankers, sludge removal from the bottom and inside cleaning. 7 to remove all sludge/malwa from drains of boiling house, mill house and oil & grease catcher, cleaning of all drains up to g.t. road and g.t. road to lagooning tanks. cleaning of lagooning tank no.1 & 2 and connecting channels. 8 cleaning, white washing of spray pond, injection channels, mini cooling plant, cleaning painting of spray pumps section and delivery pipes, spray water pipe line, headers cleaning of spray nozzles, lines, bends, cleaning of injection channels straimers, all malwa/ sludge of spray pond, injection channels including previously left out malwa will be thrown by the cintractor at the said place.
