civil maintenance works in housing colony during fy 2024-2025 – phase i at tnpl unit i (completion time : 180 days) - cement concrete 1:4:8 using 25mm down gauge blue granite aggregate in foundations, mud mat, flooring excluding shuttering but including ramming, levelling, curing etc., complete. 2 providing coursed rubble stone masonrysecond sort in cement mortar 1:7 with through bond stones 2 mtrs apart in each course, placed in a staggered pattern and course not less than 150mm high with face stones placed headers and stretchers alternatively to break joints by atleast 75mm including including pointing with cement mortar 1:3 curing etc., complete for foundation basement upto +1.00 mtr level. 3 supply and laying of fly ash bricks in super structure in cm 1:6 including scaffolding, curing etc., complete above +0.00 mtr to +7.00 mtr 4 form work - wrought and put up with good quality marine grade plywood for all types of shuttering works like column, beam, sunshade, shell wall, roof slab, staircase, etc., as plaster free finish above ffl to +7 mtr level. 5 take delivery of high strength ribbed deformed bars/ ms bars issued by tnpl free of cost, cut, bend and tie up in position including cost of supplying necessary 18 gauge binding wire for all types of rcc works at all levels. 6 cement concrete m20 using 20 mm size blue granite aggregate for all cement concrete items such as column, beam, slab, lintel, sunshade, staircase etc., excluding shuttering but including levelling, curing, etc., complete from 0.00 mtr to +7.00 mtr level 7 prepare surfaces of walls and plaster interior, exterior and top faces with cement mortar, 12mm thick in cm 1:4 including necessary scaffolding and curing etc., complete from ffl to +7.00 mtr level. 8 cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm and down graded blue granite aggregate in 50mm thick precast cover slab for shelves / drains including fabrication of reinforcement, necessary formwork, fixing in position, performing the edges of rebates of drains to straight line, finishing the top surface smooth in all floors. 9 take delivery of floor tiles of approved size and shade and fixing them in position for floors and skirting with bed mortar in cm 1:3, 20mm thick, preparing the surfaces and pointing the joints with tile mate compound at all levels. 10 take delivery of wall tiles of approved shade, size and fixing them in position for walls and skirting with bed mortar in cm 1:3, 20mm thick, preparing the surfaces and pointing the joints with tile mate compound at all levels. 11 supply and fixing of pvc standard door as per sketch. 4 ( x ) model of approved colour and make. 12 for small works which is unquantified exactly, supply of electrical concrete breaker (boush make -model no.11e) with labour for dismantling of cocnrete, brick work, cr masonry, etc.,the work includes disposal of dismantled debris within the lead of 2km apart as directed. 13 providing manpower assistance for attending miscellaneous civil works - mason. 14 providing manpower assistance for attending miscellaneous civil and structural works – helper for mason / plumber / carpenter / fitter / welder, etc.,
