tender for bagasse yard floor patch work (phase iv) in tnpl unit i – fy 2024-2025 (completion time : 90 days); 1 earth work excavation in all soils and sub soils excluding rock including backfilling in sides of foundations and basement, watering, consolidation, including dewatering wherever necessary, etc., and disposing off the surplus earth within a lead of 40 mtrs as directed in depth from ground level to -2 mtr. 2 transport excavated earth / other debris from inside the plant premises and fill in low lying areas, including spreading, loading, unloading (25% voids to be deducted in lorry/tractor measurements) 3 cement concrete 1:4:8 using 25mm down gauge blue granite aggregate in foundations, mud mat, flooring excluding shuttering but including ramming, levelling, curing etc., complete. 4 cement concrete m25 using 20mm size blue granite aggregate for all cement concrete items such as footing, raft, plinth beam, etc., excluding shuttering but including levelling, curing, etc., complete below ground level and upto ffl. 5 take delivery of high strength ribbed deformed bars/ ms bars issued by tnpl free of cost, cut, bend and tie up in position including cost of supplying necessary 18 gauge binding wire for all types of rcc works at all levels. 6 form work - wrought and put up with good quality marine grade plywood / steel shuttering including stagging for all type of works and removing after concreting and plaster free finishat all levels. 7 cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm and down graded blue granite aggregate in 50mm thick precast cover slab for shelves/drains excluding reinforcement but including necessary formwork, fixing in position, performing the edges of rebates of drains to straight line,finishing the top surface smooth in all floors.
