tender for attending the bhrust and replacing the pipeline near palanganatham sps in ward 74; 1 earth work excavation for foundation & depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m & lift of 2 m for depths in soft disintegrated rock when required, barricading with safety lamps etc all complete as per standard specification as directed by the departmental engineer.upto 2.00m 2 2.00 - 3.00m 3 shoring, and strutting with sheet piles of size width 400 mm x heightof 3m x thickness of 9mm as per is 2314-1986 by driving on bothsides of the trench from ground level up to the required depth and connecting the above sheet piles by horizontal strutting with sheet piles at an interval of 1.0m, fixing the sheet piles by connecting the horizontal strutting with casurina poles of 8cm to 10cm dia. at 1.50m interval and including removing the sheet piles after the pipelines are laid, jointed, tested, and stacking it safely for other uses. it includes the cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charges for erecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheet piles, fixing casurina poles, etc., complete and all other incidental charges for the depths ( i ) 0-7mts., 4 removing the burst r.c.c. pipes from the pipe line and removal of slushy soil and baling out water and replacing the pipe line with sound pipeetc., complete. ( excluding cost of sound pipe and jointing materials and earth work ) and as directed by the departmental officers ( 600mm dia pipe ) 5 dewatering using 3hp diesel engine pumpset including hire charges, cost of diesel, engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete. 6 supplying, laying and joining of ci pipe with socket and spigot ends for la class as per is 1536 / 2001 etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge 600mm la class ci - depth upto 7.00m 7 refilling the trenches with suitable excavated earth available along the alignment after the pipes & specials are laid, jointed & tested in layers & watering, ramming & consolidation directed by the engineer-in-charge. 8 disposal of surplus earth including loading and conveyance within a distance of 5 km ( basic cost of earth is zero ) including loading charges and conveyance charges of 5 kms distance. 9 barricading work ( where, there is less traffic areas and broader roads etc. ) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center ( 8cm to 10cm diaand 1.80m height ) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting thevertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical andhorizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by departmental officers 10 add gst 18%
