bids are invited for boq total quantity : 1---- m&l for following works for 180 days:-(i) collection of sewage, sludge, silt, sand and debris manually and mechanically from manhole, septic tank and sokage well at various locations and desposing it to outside station area earmarked by muncipal corparation.(ii) maintence and servicing of sewage pump of capacity 10 bhp, 5bhp and 1.5 bhp including its spare parts for six months as under:-(a) maintenance period shall start from the date of agreement.(b) complaints calls shall be attended immediately on the same day.(c) maintenance contract covers unscheduled calls in addition to periodical schedule fortnightly visit for preventive maintenance.(d) rates quoted shall include the replacement of unserviceable parts with new one.(e) breakdown will be informed through telephone calls which shall be attended forthwith and the sewage machine to be made functional within two days failing which a penalty of rs 300/- per day per computer shall be levied. the contract shall be deemed cancelled if the call is not attended within ten days.(f) breakdown intimated on phone if any attended within two days may be got attended from any other agency without any further notice and cost of such repair shall be recovered from your dues with department, besides levy of penalty mentioned in para 5 above. the decision of ge (af) faridabad in this regard shall be final and binding.(h) upgradation/alterations of the machines will not be done without the prior permission from ge (af) faridabad.payment terms. payment shall be claimed by the firm on monthly basis.
