bids are invited for road stud - road stud with lense reflector ( 100 mm x 100 mm ) die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar ( yellow colour ) ( as per bs-873 part 4 : 1973 ) , road delineator - road delineators consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 cm2 white colour, full cube corner micro prismatic not-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side confirming with irc 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per astmd 4956 type xi table specification. the delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. the structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below the ground while being installed. the front and back faces of the delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with delta angle ( or central angle of curve ) lying between 200and 300, to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continuous curves. the delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof total quantity : 1
