bids are invited for job work is urgently required for smooth functioning of veh/plant wheel loader having em no 095308w91 - 1. opening of front tyre and fixing it and fwg work to be completed:-(a)s&f of bearing outer, matalic bush -02 nos,bearing upper inner- 02 nos & universal cupling 4x4 shafts - 02 nos alogwith locks(b)wheel greasing alogwith greases- 02 nos, washing and packing of hub- 02 nos, 4x4 gear box 12 number theeth -01 nos2. dismantling of the haudrolic system of the veh and fixing it again after replacing the follwing worn out parts of theclutch system alongwith pads and replacing the worn out clutch cylider kit -01 set,clutch pandle spring -01 nos , break pandle spring-02 nos, exledeor cable -01 nos. -01 job3.complete drain out the existing coolant fromthe veh and filling itagain with new one after repairs to radiator to prevant leakage and repairs to radiator mounting and replacing mouting pads-04 nos - job 14. taking out the u/s self and refixing it back with following repairs(a) s& f of self armature -01 nos, bearing -02 nos, carbon brushes - 02 nos, self packing kit- 01 set & flywheel connected to the self armature for starting the vehical as per sample- 01 nos5. complete servicing of the vehical and washing it with required caustic soda chemical & cleaning all the parts with removal oil and dust particle with water pressure and following u/s parts replacement(a) s&f of air cylinder with rubber poulicing kit -01 set, engine oil filter -01 nos, diesal filter -02 nos & filter for hydrolic assembly-02 nos6. dismantling the helper seat (large) from the vehicle and refixing back after following repairs:-(a)s/f of new foam of good qality as required shape & size.-01 job(b)stiching new regzine cover of good qality-01 job7. complete check of the electric wiring and performing rectification of loose wiring head light indicator signal and replacement of damaged wiring loom with new wiring and also replacement of unserviciable switch socket all as complete.
