bids are invited for a-1: structural designing and detailed engineering works - job includes designing and detailed structural engineering works for installation of circular platforms and monkey ladders around various steel stacks in lpg plant - i & ii. contractor has to perform structural engineering works and provide details of bracktes, supports, circular platforms and monkey ladders details and submmit drawings to gail for review. further if any strenghthening rings or braces are required around stack same to be included in engineering works. job to be carried out for total six stacks as per details provided in tender copy. soft copy and four sets of hard copy of as-built drawings to be provided to gail after completion of job. , a-2: structural supply, fabrication and erection for item mentioned in next coulm - for brackets/approach/circular platforms/monkey ladder/monkay ladder cage/stake strangething rings/ pads/ toe guard flats/ etc. including primer and 2 coats of final painting.supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating & erecting in position structural steel works confirming to per is:2062 at all locations and levels upto 30 m above hpp/ fgl, including all builtup sections/ compound sections made out of rolled sections and/or plates/ bent plates in all types of structural frameworks, bolting/ welding of joints,welding and plugging any open ends & holes of box sections, finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line and level with temporary staging & bracing and removal of the same after erection required for installation of structural works, circular platforms and monkey ladders around various stacks in lpg plant -i & ii. applying one coat of primer and 2 coats of final paint as per shade confirmed by gail are included in this job. , a-3: supply, fabrication and installation of gi gratings (type-ii standard) on circular platforms around stacks. - supplying, fabricating and erecting in position at all levelsand locations in cirular platforms around stacks.
