bids are invited for supply of channel covers and tube bundle - scope of supply -procurement of all the required material, manufacturing / fabrication,assembly, inspection, testing and supply of sets of spare channel covers and tube bundles( four pass) along with 20 nos.of studs ( size- m 42 x 4.5 p), 40 nos of nuts & washers for kaps-1 & 2 bleed condenser(bcd) reflux cooler as per enclosed specification. note-1-during supply, studs shall be assembled and installed in tube sheet (use of nuclear grade never seize compound) 2-one set includes-channel cover and tube bundle, 20 nos. of studs (size- m 42 x 4.5 p), 40 nos of nuts & washers , supply of spare gasket set - supply of spare gasket sets for( four pass) channel cover side of above said tube bundle (one set include inner, outer and partition gaskets) , supply of spare gasket sets - supply of spare gasket sets for shell side above said tube bundle ( four pass) (one set include inner, outer gaskets) total quantity : 1
