( g ) replacing the gear oil ( 4.5 ltrs ) . make- servo, castrol . ( h ) replace unserviceable air filters , repair to brake assembly - ( a ) break pad of front wheels ( both side ) as per alignment 02 nos ( b ) brake fluid, 1 ltrs ( c ) open all wheel for overhauling and hub greasing of all ( six ) wheels and replacing unserviceable bearing ( d ) rear brake cylinders 02 nos ( e ) replace unserviceable clutch master cylinder 01 nos , repair to wipers and light - ( a ) replace new wiper blade witharms square pipe-02 nos ( b ) replace wiper motor assembly with links-01 nos ( c ) replace the front indicator light assembly-02 nos ( d ) check all electrical wiring , light, battery fuse, parking light and both light assembly , repair to bushes and suspension system - ( a ) replace foundation bushes-02 nos ( b ) replace new shock absorber bushes-02 nos ( c ) replacement of front suspension bushe kit ( d ) replace new hanger front-02 nos ( e ) road spring repair work , repair to coolant system - drain out old coolant from the radiator, pour in soft water from the radiator filter port. start the engine and let it run at high idle until the coolant teperature becomes 85 degree c. keep engine running for another 10 min and then discharge the water. pour the anti freeze coolant mixture ( mixture containing 25 % coolant make - goldenn cruiseer 1200 and 75 % soft water ) total 8 liters , repair to diesel tank - drain out old muddey diesel and remove the diesel tank from the unit and clean the tank with high pressure water including cleaning with liquid soap for removing all the oil stains , petty work - ( a ) servicing and lubrication of full vehicle including greasing to all nipple, oiling etc. ( b ) washing of the vehicle with high pressure water including cleaning with liquid soap for removing all the oil stainsall as directed.
