bids are invited for 1consultancy work - consultancy services for structural design for demolition & reconstruction of otm accn at dhansa at (af) stn rajokri(a) construction of otm accn (d/s) bldg permanent specifications.=qty -741.12 sqm(b) parking space for dft vehicle (c class) 51.75sqm =qty -51.75 sqm (c) construction of otm accn for mi room (s/s) bldg = qty-295.20 sqm(d) static water tank of 50 kl capacity (13208.603) gallons =qty-1.00 each2.the design shall include the following parameters:-(a) reinforcement steel shall fe-500/500d gradetmt bars.the grade of concrete shall be m-25 (design mix).(b) foundation shall be rccisolated/combined footing/raft /mat fdn as perrequirement.(c) seismic zone – as per area /location zone.(d)sbc (tentative) 10.00 t/sqm (tentative) at1.5/2.0mdepth. the actual sbc shall begiven respectively by ge at laterstage.the designer shallchange the foundation detailafteractual sbc is provided.noextra claim shall be given for thesame.(e)the structure is single/double storey building aboveground. any other relevant detailrequired shall be takenfromdir (design)/ so-1 (design) of hq ce (af) wac palam , 2consultancy work. - 3.supply of design calculations folders along with staad output file both in hard and soft copy-01 (copy each).4.design shall be vetted by dir (design)/ so-1 (design), hq ce (af) wac palam.5.supply of 01 set of original tracing hard copy (a1 size) on ‘gateway’ brand tracing paper along with a soft copy of drawings, as directed. the design prepared by one designer shall be checked by another designer and both the persons shall sign the design calculations and drawings along with date.6. the supplier shall give free of cost clarification, if any, during complete execution period of the building.7.any amendment required during execution shall be made by the consultant and requisite copies of amended sheets shall be submitted free of cost.8. the consultant/designer shall discuss the preliminary design & drg before final structu
