bids are invited for job work is urgently required for smooth functioning of veh tipper having ba no. 96af 367049 - 1. taking down the radiator from the vehicle and replacement the u/s radiator with new one and all connected items such as nut/bolts etc.(a)s&f of new radiator-01 nos, radiator hose pipe - 02 nos, radiator rubber base- 01 set & nuts bolts - 01 job 2. dismantling the old u/s water body from the vehicle and replacement it with new one and all connected items such as nut/bolts etc.(a) s&f of water body-01 nos, water body gas kit - 01 nos & thermo state valves-02 nos. 3. dismantling to the rear & front tyres from the veh and fixing it again after greasing with the company recommended grease grade ii and replacing the followingw/out parts.(a) s&f of oil seals–8 nos, wheel bearing - 04 no (inner), wheel bearing-04 no (outer), brake leather pads-04 nos & wheel cylinder-o4 nos. .(b) complete washing of the wheel hub-04 nos.4. repairing of silencer box and welding to exhaust pipe line with silencer box and replacement of silencer chamber all as directed.5. m&l for replacement of main windshield laminated front glass.6. taking down the front head light lamp from the vehicle and re-fixing it back and all connected items such as nut/ bolts etc. (a) s&f of halogen lamp-02 nos.7. complete check of the electric wiring of the vehicle and performing rectification of loose wiring head light indicator signal and replacement of damaged/burnt wiring loom with new wiring as per existing. and also replacement of unserviceable switch socket all as completed as directed.8.dismantling the rear mud guard from the vehicle and removing the dent from lower body of the vehicle complete with painting it with the old existing colour and polishing it as original all complete-01 job9. servicing of vehicle complete with greasing of all joints parts doors wheel hubs including polishing of desk board and all connected items such as nut/bolts etc.note : (a) make as per sample.(b) ser no 1 t
