bids are invited for 1 - provision of labour for cleaning the site before start the work due to undulating condition with dense grass, bushes etc. as job work. , 2 - earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by manual means including 30 cm depth & 3.50 mtr width including disposal of surpluse earth as per requirement of site including completion of work in all respect. , 3 - providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-iii): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). , 4 - random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). , 5 - coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with : cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). , 6 - providing and laying 4 cm thick dpc and coping with lime mortar ( 1 u lime : 1 c. sand 1 surkhi ),including supply of all materials labour, t. & p.etc required for proper completion of work. , 7 - ruled/ flush pointing on white sand stone masonry surface with lime, surkhi and marble dust mortar in the ratio of 1:1.5:1/2 {one lime : 1.5 surkhi (15% dark red and 85% light yellow surkhi) : 1/2 marble dust}.
