bids are invited for job order for repair to submersible pump and non clog type sewage pump at mil stn kota - the following work is required to be carried out:- (a) dismantling carefully the mono submersible ac electric motors three phase 415 volts capacity 20 hp, from the sump, cutting down and removing the old burnt winding wire from the starter assembly of motor unit, rewinding the same with new super enameled copper winding wire as per esixting size/guage of wire, providing necessary insulation by varnishing and drying the same upto specific temperature of heat, replacing insulation paper sleeves with connecting insulating material, tapping and providing necessary connection to the motors assembly commissioning and testing the pumping set upto good working performance all as specified and directed -01 nos (b) replacement of bushes 9mm metal for ci bowl any approved make-02 nos (c) impeller make out of gun metal-01 nos (d)dismantling/taking down a/c vertical shaft induction type, 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 hz, 15 hp motor coupled with non clog vertical sewage pump set, taking out the burnt starter assembly, dismantling the components, accessories cutting the burnt winding, rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire as per existing size/guage varnishing and drying the same upto specific temperature of heat, tapping, providing necessary insulator, connecting including replacement of nde/de side bearings motor terminal plate assembling, commissioning and testing upto good working performace complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge-01 nos.supply only following items for replacement (a) mechanical seal (b)bearing de(c)bearing nde(d)oil ring total quantity : 1
