bids are invited for collection & processing of ob & bauxite samples from mine faces,bauxite production samples frm accelerating conveyor/tipper & processing of pre-production drill hole samples at nalco mines, damanjodi1 - processing of pp drillingsamples adopting the following sequential steps:a. drying up of bauxite samples ( by industrial oven or sun dry).b. grinding/sieving/reductionof the dried bauxite samples to –120/200 mesh size (three different stages of grinding,sieving & reduction of sample) as per instruction of the engineer-in-charge.c. preparation and packaging of the representative bauxite samples (two nos of 50gm/100gm each)in polythene bags with label tag and storage of the same sample in the designated racks as per the instruction of the engineer-in-charge. party to quote the unit price in coloumn i for one sample and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of 18% gst , collection & processing of ob & bauxite samples from mine faces,bauxite production samples frm accelerating conveyor/tipper & processing of pre-production drill hole samples at nalco mines, damanjodi2 - i) two nos ofusw required for processing of three nos. production samples, collection & processing of one blasthole sample / two nos field bauxite samples(from ripping dozing & backhoe shovel) in cn block .ii) one no of usw required for collection of field samples/pp drilling samples & proessing of three nos of production samples with one nos of field sample in south block. following sequential steps to be followed during the processing:-a. collection of field samples,blast hole sample and pp drilling sample as per decided by thegeologist present in the field site.(departmental vehicle will be provided for sample collection)b. drying up of thesamples ( industrial oven or sundry).c. grinding/sieving/reduction of the dried bauxite samples to –120/200 mesh size (three different stages ) as per instruction of the engineer-in-charge.d. preparation and packaging of the representative bauxite s
