bids are invited for repair to 75 kva servo motor operated oil cooled voltage stabilizer 3 phase,sl no /modle gst4-x106l at ascon node kkb at jalipa cantt - disconnection of hv/lv connection, earthing lead and taking out carefully defective servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 75 kva, 415volt from platform including transportation tofactory workshop from kkb ascon node to barmer (315 km) and draining out existing servo voltage stabilizer oil, opening the top cover of the servo voltage stabilizer, by removing nut, bolts, washer etc and lifting the core and winding by using triploid and chain pulley and cleaning the yoke and winding/core, the same winding/core and replace the worn out nut, bolts, washer gaskets etc with provision of cork sheets of 6mm thick (best quality) and filling the transformer oil which was removed earlier, through stream line filter after dehydration and back to site after necessary repair & lifting of servo voltage stabilizer to its original position including necessary testing complete all as specified and directed (a)material and labour for rewinding of lt coil of servo voltage stabilizer any capacity using proper size dpc copper wire and lt insulation material suitable for working voltage 440volt complete all as specified and directed.(4.8 kgsx6 coil) (b)material and labour for replacement of dimmer (variable transformer) (c)material and labour for replacement of carbon brush (d)material and labour for replacement of contactor and relay.
