bids are invited for 1consultancy work - prepration of dpr for automatic fire suppression and water sprinkler system against job of provision of fire escape ladder and water hydrant at af station suratgarh1. design and consultancy including prepration of dpr with supporting design calculations, criterion of selection based on latest technology for automatic total flooding fire suppression based on clean agents like pre-fluoro-ketone, penta-fluoro-ethane or hepta-fluro-propane etc and water sprinkler system at sre building at af station suratgarh. the sre bldg is g+6 storey. the fire suppression system shall be provided in radar room and antenna room at fifth and sixth floor respectively.the water sprinkler system shall be provided in the first, second and third floor of bldg.(a) consultant shall submit draft dpr (in soft and hard copy) line/schematic diag of scheme, bill of quantity duly priced on ssr/market rates, technical literature of equipments, make of equipment manufacturing companies and clauses for testing of automatic fire suppression and water sprinkler system as per nbc-2016/nfpa, for approval of accepting officer. after finalisation of scheme consultatnt shall submit dpr (in soft and hard copy) incorporating all the documents in quadruplicate.. , 2consultancy work - (b) consultant will check and account the existing installed fire suppression infrastructure into account while working out the dpr.(c)the scope of designing water sprinkler system include designing of independent wet riser from fire pump house to sprinklers with all control wiring and control panel incld complete scheme in the bldg.(d)all the items/equipments required techanically for functional requirement of complete fire suppression and water sprinkler system shall be included in dpr.(e) the consultant shall visit site and get himself acquainted with site and collect ground datas from ge (p) (af) suratgarh before quoting the rates.(f)the design proposed shall account the provisions conta
